Our return policy is as follows:
Sunrisehealthfoods.ca offers a 14 days return policy.
All products returned must be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials and have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes.
You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items unless other arrangements have been made with Sunrisehealthfoods.ca.
Sunrisehealthfoods.ca strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Sunrisehealthfoods.ca to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Sunrisehealthfoods.ca immediately at email@example.com to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Sunrisehealthfoods.ca of damaged goods within the first 14 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage.
Returns can be accepted directly by Sunrisehealthfoods.ca within 14 days from the invoice date, at Sunrisehealthfoods.ca's discretion for: credit, exchange. All returned products are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee unless otherwise indicated.
Items may also be returned at any of our four locations. The 20 percent restocking fee would be waived but product must be returned with an invoice and in saleable condition.
There are no refunds on opened items.
Please note: The physical Sunrise Health Foods locations and the on-line Sunrisehealthfoods.ca operate independently from each other, so if there is a problem with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you within 2 business hours. The physical Sunrise Health Foods locations will NOT be able to assist you with your on-line orders.
