  • Q: What is your return policy?

    Our return policy is as follows: offers a 14 days return policy.

    All products returned must be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials and have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes.

    You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items unless other arrangements have been made with strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

    If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in, notify immediately at to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify of damaged goods within the first 14 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage.

    Returns can be accepted directly by within 14 days from the invoice date, at's discretion for: credit, exchange. All returned products are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee unless otherwise indicated.

    Items may also be returned at any of our four locations. The 20 percent restocking fee would be waived but product must be returned with an invoice and in saleable condition.

    There are no refunds on opened items.

    Please note: The physical Sunrise Health Foods locations and the on-line operate independently from each other, so if there is a problem with your order, please contact us at and we will contact you within 2 business hours. The physical Sunrise Health Foods locations will NOT be able to assist you with your on-line orders.


  • Q: Can I pick up my online order at any of your physical locations?

    Yes! Pick up is free no matter how much you order.

    Pick up is available at any of our four locations. Indicate on your order that you would like to pick up your order in-store by selecting the location you would like to pick it up at. Once your order is ready, you will be notified. Please note that depending on the location that you choose, wait times for your order will vary. Please allow for at least 48 hours before expected pick up time. Depending on the availability of some items, you may choose to have a partial order filled until all your items are available.

  • Q: When will I receive my order?

    Our goal is to have your order to you within 10 business days. We usually ship within 2-5 business days unless the item(s) you have ordered indicates another shipping timeframe. You will be notified once your order has been shipped. If for some reason your shipment is delayed, we will contact you to let you know when your item(s) will be shipped.

    Note: Weekends and holidays do not count as a shipping day.

  • Q: Does offer free shipping?

    Yes! Sunrise Health Foods gladly ships qualifying orders with a pre-tax total of $99 or more for free within Canada. We use Canada Post Expedited shipping for free shipments.

    However, not all orders on qualify for the free shipping offer. There are certain postal codes that are considered rural shipping areas. These postal codes are subject to a flat rate shipping charge of $9.99. Check the list below to see if your postal code is subject to the flat rate.

    Note: There may be special circumstances where the shipping charge is very high. We may ask the customer to pay more than the flat rate. In these cases, we will not charge your credit card until we have notified you of the additional shipping costs and have your consent.


  • Q: Is it possible to order an item that I can't find in your online store?

    The simple answer is maybe. If we are able to find a supplier or distributor of the item you'd like, we will try to order it in for you. Please fill out our Contact Us form with the name of the item (please be as specific as possible) and we will get an answer to you as soon as possible.

    We are unable to import any items from abroad. We won't be able to order in any item that isn't manufactured in Canada or does not have a Canadian distributor.
